As I walk through the park,
with the wind tugging at the branches of the trees,
and the rain beating down,
I see a bare tree, with one yellow leaf
hanging on for dear life.
and I wonder.
How long will it be, until that yellow leaf
gives up, and falls to the grass like the others
that used to surround it?
