Catch my light! He shouted down below
She hugged what she didn’t have
And he said
Yours will grow, too
We’ll float together
through space & time
until you find
your shine again
It takes a good friend
to gently remind
the darkness that clouds
doesn’t have to blind
your light within
In the Space of gray matter
on a day like any other
two neurons met
have begun to branch their connections
electricity started to illuminate their core
it shone with its own Light
they combined their thoughts into one
the human being that hosted them had fallen in love ❤????❤
Two intergalactic souls connected dearly
Travel through spaces, both frigid & fiery
Stumble upon our world we call Earth
And are stunned by the visions we birth
“Oh how silly,” the girl at once said
“They don’t judge by hearts, but skin instead”
“Very naive indeed,” said the boy
“It seems like they also treat hearts like toys.”
They sprinkle some of their planet’s bequest
And move right along, hoping for the best!
Intergalactic space
boy and girl amaze
in a balloon of light
under a sky so bright
earth is not their home
they came here alone
from a planet far away
now their here to stay
they have each other
never need another
on earth to see
a new place to be
