“When you think you’re not happy with your life, always think that someone is happy that you exist.”

Whether it’s COVID-19 or something else or both, everywhere I look someone somewhere is scared, angry, depressed with a mountain of stress on their shoulders. And that’s okay because we’re all human beings.

Amid all those emotions though, just remember that someone always loves you and cares about you. At times it may feel like you have nobody, (I go through that feeling very often due to depression) but there’s ALWAYS somebody out there. Somebody is happy you exist, like today’s quote says. Somebody cares about your happiness. Somebody is concerned if you’re down on your luck.

With that in mind, I’d like to do something I’ve done once before with this section. I invite all readers of this post to post how they’re feeling, due to whatever’s going on in their lives in the secure comments section below.

As I’ve always said, the first step you can take when you’re having issues is to speak up. And I’m inviting people to do just that. You can talk about your mood. If you’re comfortable with it, you can even go into details about why you’re feeling the way you are. If not, just put in one word like “happy,” “sad,” “angry,” etc.

Basically, I’m saying that I see you and would like to hear you as well no matter how you’re feeling.
