    Through test and lecture,
    The world can our spirit break.

    But in our most fragile moments,
    When things seem dark and unfair,
    The soul finds strength against opponents,
    Marking peace and mindful repair.

    No journey without its obstacles is complete,
    Than progressing forth in strides after defeat.

    All our sins will be washed away

    Is such a difficult fight
    But you cannot hold me

    Your past transgressions are forgiven
    But will never be forgotten

  4. Freeze, flight, fight
    Which choice is right
    When I freeze
    People do what they please
    “friends” with toxic thoughts
    and actions that bring me to my knees
    and I don’t even charge service fees
    When I take flight
    I think that I am alright
    But I am plagued with the idea
    that something will happen in the night
    something I left behind, a loose end
    that should be tight
    making me paranoid
    living in fright
    So I choose to fight
    no more running away
    I will stand my ground
    I mean what I say
    No more regrets
    No more blues
    I choose to fight
