Oh Fort McHenry 🇺🇸
Oh Fort McHenry;
Little fort on Baltimore harbor,
Color guard of a country tried sore,
Little bastion of liberty
For yonder young Promised Land
In the war of 1812.
You loomed large
For distant little city girl
Born in 1952,
Her faith in you renewed
In 2021
With the dawning of an early light.
Star Spangled Banner
Puts freedom’s foes to flight.
