I work at a Fairfield Hotel as a housekeeper. I have always had words running around in my head, and thought I should take a stab at writing them down. I am an artist, give me any medium and I’ll attempt to make something of it. I love to paint and draw, and I also have some musical talent. I am an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person). It’s a physical and personality trait that affects my nervous system. I am sensitive to certain external stimuli which in turn makes me sensitive internally. I have three kids, recently divorced and have had some pretty recent emotional upheavals. I decided to start writing down what I was feeling and here I am, attempting to make my way as a poet, so to speak.
