  1. I walk across the silky sky
On a vast path of God’s ignited stars.
    Some day I’m gonna die
    And I’m going very far
    To heaven’s golden, glowing gate,
And I’m bending to my fate.
Your will be done, Father, not mine.
And I want to rise just fine,
    To heaven’s golden, glowing gate.
Let this, Lord, be my everlasting fate.

  2. Stars spread across
    The Milky Way at night
    They are satin
    They are silky
    They shine so bright
    Spaces in between
    Space is so vast
    Sitting here seeing the Universe
    My heart is at peace
    At last
