I wrote this in 2009 as I sat at the Charles River in Boston, Massachusetts. I was being bullied by my ex-husband and his wife as my daughter recovered in a Boston hospital from being unexpectedly paralyzed in an auto accident.
Stop Bullying Me
Some need strength
To lift them through a fall,
Cause life is tough
And definitely not easy for all.
Discouragement,ย let downs
And words that are cruel,
Are said by the angered
And created by a fool.
Life has a way
For all those to see…
So back the f*ck off
And Stop Bullying Me.
Written by Catherine Mellen โ
It may sound funny but i love the feel of anger in the poem as expressed with the use ‘f*ck off’. One quick question, why do people not spell it out? I reviewed your book on goodreads. I love this poem.

I don’t understand why the word is bleeped out either unless it is considered hate speech. This could be why.
I love the way she speaks her mind. That is where beauty is found my friend in the honest feelings and emotions.
Thank you so much Sarah โค I appreciate your kind words. I am not sure why I blocked out the word, My son took it to his anti-bullying group back in 2011 and I used this version, so I stayed with it ๐๐๐
Oh! The reason why i am asking is because everyone knows what it means so why bleep it out…I hope you love the review.
Thank you Abuh 💞💞 I am glad you found me on Goodreads. Thanks for connecting.
Hell hath no fury like a woman
Scorned.
I’ve heard tale watching her
Unveil.
A remarkable beast too say
The least.
Eye’s to match the fire and ash.
hmmmm…this true. Thanks for posting this here.
I have seen beauty
Of roses and cream
The scent of wildflowers
Naked splendor like peaches
Pearlessent goddess
Touches of petals wrapped in angel wings
The warmth and the fire
Desire and lust
Sunlight and moondust
The rain sweet dewdrops kiss
The liquid rose
Soft caress the heart.
POEM BY KARL WOMACK
Woman, they say
your anger never
forgets wrong.
Woman, they say
your mind is one
dear diary.
They also say
your anger’s fistless
but harmful.
If I may
this dance have
I’ll whisper-
into thine ears
so you tick
tock gently.
