We lost a legal genius
A person who would fight for equality for all
Not just for women.
But also men
She set free the bondage of people confined in a gender role
She was 5’1 full of energy and go
A woman who made a difference
She was a badass to be sure
But with a heart that was pure
The notorious RBG
The USA lost a true patriot
The courts lost a legendary legal mind
I lost a hero
The disrespect from those on the right
Is duly noted and the payback will be a bitch
We won’t go back; we won’t accept the status of the past
We won’t become a Theocracy to a group of Christian’s hypocrites
We won’t become an oligarchy for just a few greed rich
We’ll not sell our Constitution to the Russian
Like the traitors of the right
We will not let democracy die
Democracy will live just like her soul
We will carry on the fight for human rights and dignity
The legacy that is RBG will not die on her death bed
The fight in her name we must carry on
