A fish Name Abigail

On my table in a room sits a small fish bowl just for her
Its home to Abigail, she’s a fish, a goldfish to be sure
Now Abigail is quite the girl, in her watery world
She swims all day like there’s a place to go, but it’s not really so, for there not much place to go when you’re in such a small little bowl
I’m sure she loves to be free, and way out in the sea
But so tiny is she, Abigail would probably be a nice treat
For some big old fish to eat
So maybe the moral of this story is
A fish in a bowl with nowhere to go
Is better by far than to be food for a big fish to eat!
