As well as the break
This fogged out state,
Not many relate
From time to time
I’m paralyzed
A place I go no one
Knows awake
Unseen
Beneath the scene
A place I go no one knows
Because of you
I go somewhere
Hiding myself
Because no one cared
Ghosts
So cold dawn still stays away
ghosting me
like a cloud in a rainstorm
hiding inside her rain.
Oh I know she loves me
eyes that make you
even in this searing light
I see hers around me.
Night cools desert streets
asking if I know my way
when no one remembers
only my ghosts are real.
