Lost is the Soul

Lost, is the soul that no one wants
Lost is the person that is there, but no one sees
Lost is the voice that is not heard
Lost are the smiles not returned?
Lost is the touch of another love
Lonely are those who walk without a friend into the darkness
A world that goes by and sees not what is there
Lost in another world we are without care
Blind to the suffering of lost lonely souls everywhere
A minute of kindness, a smile to share, but time is so precious we have no time to spare
Thus the lonely cry out to thee
Please oh Lord, see my need
Comfort me with your salvation
For without your love truly lost I will be!
