I love rock formations because I have been between a rock and a hard place all my life and have managed to survive because God gave me a backbone and a will to live as hard as ancient desert stone.
Rock wall got in the way
Then the
Inviting colors & shapes so soft it seems
To have a satin feel to it the purple hue
The warm glow O ancient rock carved
By a ice glacier forging a path through
Leaving behind in it’s trail this rocky
Formation with all it’s colors & satin
Feel a magical place devoid of life
But breathes life to our imagination

The colors of the mountains,
So pink and purple too
The colors of a rainbow
remind me of dusks hue
I want to hike these mountains
Climb up to the sky
Clarity with each step
Always wondering why
The mist in the air
after a storm has come along
remind me of the colors
of a lovely song
Lava so hot,
burning bright
bring me peace
a beautiful sight
