The Devils Tears By Angus and Julia Stone

It is quite true that there is nothing as good as hearing a nice tune and not tasting the saltiness of tears whether it is from your own eyes or the eyes of another. The music that I feature today I owe to Robert Fish.

I have not featured a song from this artist before now. So, it is going to be the first. The title of this one is THE DEVILS TEARS BY ANGUS AND JULIA STONE. You know what…Let’s get into it. I amΒ Abuh Monday Eneojo. I will be your host today.

  1. Vessel of beauty
Guides men like ships in the night
    Oozes sweetness in moonlight
Men like moths to the flame
    A blossoming bloom
    Attration her game
    Wicked love flirtatious romantic
    Temptation of dew’s kiss
Like a shower in the rain
    You she will gain

  2. Prowling

I see a church with a steeple by The Takeout
Outdoor venue cocoon masks fearing Stakeout

Cold distant growls see the prowl of reality
Your eyes smile, pajama Beast me
    Homebound we

    We’ll dance to this godsend
to these songs that never end
    No, never End

  3. Sphere of beauty
    seeks the incomplete
    endowed sweet lips
    gentle sadness kissed
    blush with shame
    under a ripple of flame

    pierced b your eyes
    fallen my heart
    holding vigil your tears
    sequel of fears
    in the tinselly of words
    where singing poetry falls.

  4. Baking Darkness Into Light

    Will you dance with me
    kindness sharing smiles
    we’ll find a new world
    baking darkness into light.

    Chills taste of surreal
    stories we’ve written
    they sing of love
    holding yours in mine.

    Like trees standing together
    devouring love’s light
    we burn thru time
    drinking from our souls.
