In the beginning, infatuation
can be such a beautiful ride,
It makes you feel giddy
with butterflies inside.
All to soon, though,
it fizzles and fades
and like freshly cut flowers
it, all to quickly, withers away.

can start out quite slow,
with the smallest of connections
and from there it will grow,
Into a beautiful garden
with tending and time.
