Bad Day

If you’ve been following this page for a while, you’ll notice how I’ve posted positive songs for the most part to try to give some optimism to you, the dear reader.

But it’s also extremely crucial to have an outlet to vent. Bottling something up is not healthy.

So today we pivot a bit to give just that: an outlet.

Today we listen to Daniel Powter’s famous number “Bad Day.”

Listen to it. Let every negative emotion you have out via the song.

Try that today and tell me what it felt like. Did it feel good? Or bad or indifferent? And why?

Write down your thoughts by composing your own poem about it! I look forward to reading it and responding to it!
