I have seen enough animation to the point that I now know that birds fly in formation and most times they create a pattern, one that is very beautiful.
The formation of these birds tells me something: unity is beautiful. That’s just me though. Tell me what you think. This is Daily Wisdom Words Picture Writing Exercise, a monday edition with Abuh Monday Eneojo. I will be your host.

Signs appear at the window seal
Bumps surface as hair is raised
This sudden chill
Aware but still
Eyes that see
Beauty in everything
A feather here
A feather there
They peck the glass
As though to talk
They’ve come to warn
To message me
Someone close has got
To leave

Blue Bird, Black Bird
Walking the streets
Through roads so narrow
Looking for a love
Like a Blue Jay and a Sparrow.
How do I find or put into words
A love complete,Β like a swarm of birds?
Resting on a wing,Β so much to discuss
The flight is pure,Β with a layer of trust.
Blue bird, black bird
Where you be?
Which one is you?
And which one is me?
Nesting down,Β a love anew
Serenity sounds of morning dew.
On the wire,Β of flying herds
A love complete,Β like a swarm of birds.
Walking the streets
Along the cupids arrow
I finally found a love
Like a Blue Jay and a Sparrow.
