DISPOSITION

What is so important about our disposition?  Let us first take a look at the definition of disposition in our Webster Dictionary. Disposition-1.  a person’s inherent qualities of mind and character.  2.  an inclination or tendency  3.  The action of arranging or ordering people or things in a particular way Daily Wisdom Words Definition of Disposition-The way we act feel and think with ourselves and others.  the way we carry ourselves and our moods. Our disposition is a very important factor in who we are.  When someone is in a good disposition, it is something you can feel that radiates off the individual.  I hate when my disposition isn’t balanced and I’m not feeling good about myself because this radiates my disposition.  I feel best when I have achieved and accomplished all of my goals and have done something productive. Disposition can be seen in the way one carries themselves.  When someone is in a good frame of mind, we can feel it.  It has something to do with the energy they give off.  What creates a good disposition is sometimes in the genetics of an individual.  Have you ever met someone who always stayed in a fairly good frame of mind?  We sometimes envy these people for their dispositions.  It is hard not to. I have a friend, that no matter what happens, she manages to keep a good disposition.  I think part of the reason why she can do this is because she separates herself from life’s bad events.  She has the ability to keep a smile on her face in the worst of times and make the best of them.  I would say she definitely has a sunny disposition. With myself, I find this much more difficult.  My disposition is definitely affected by what is going on in my life at the moment.  I know it is best many times to separate your emotions from the events going on in your life, but for me,  the two go hand in hand.
