your smile, my thoughts
such a long time ago
when you were a dream.
We made it real as lonely
days found us fading
our minds sick thinking
of these lost words

when new year takes us

I still don’t know
what I waited for…
Time just doesn’t wait
even though the taste
of you was sweet.
Wish I could say,
& wish I could stay,
but I can’t say I’m sorry.
There’s too far to go,
& I can only forget you,
only find my loneliness,
if I leave you now.

Rollin’ time, I asked you to wait
yesterday’s morrow, thought my heart should be
…going
into the unknown, I’ll be catching dreams
can you feel be standing outside
is my presence felt
in time’s destiny
gathering no moss
keep me rollin’ rollin’
when can I stop just to catch my

when can I finally say, “I’m here”
I made it…
cause I’m always feeling,
..one step behind
alone..
I don’t write like the others
that’s a good thing
to much road to run
to sit behind of the grey
the tempo is in my head
gotta move gotta pray
Chasing dreams is a journey
taking my time
doesn’t go away
sometimes there is progress
sometimes a stalemate
never forget the goals set before me
faces in time take with me
memories I’ll never be without you
might be a long road
dreams are worth the wait.
