What a shame,
You turn away
From that
Man on the subway
The one on corner.
You silently stare,
As the addict bares.
Shaking your head
As the child fails.
Never mind, looking
In the mirror
To find.
A piece you lost
Along the way.
Each judgment made,
Clearly states.
No action made,
Only poor taste.
