The Tide comes in.
The Tide goes out,
As the water rises
Back to the sky,
Borne on angel wings.
The sea then sleeps
With Him on high.

Peace has settled on the ocean
When the moon has completed
Its circular motion.
When the cycle is complete
Jesus sits upon His Mercy Seat.

familiar faces
in gentlest of grace
with love she brace
the finality of a sigh
a maudlin wail
her love prevails.
