To Debate a Point

by: Guildford Windley

To debate a point
———————————————-
To win an argument with someone
You first should consider their side of the story
For we must understand the others point of view
Now reflect upon each one of their points
Does the data that they share have merit?
Is the argument that they give, back by facts
If so my friend, it is wise to bend your thoughts to see the truth
Then with cutting make your rhetoric, that of what they expounds
Now show to them that point of view that blends your thoughts with theirs
A compromise can be reach when both sides see what the other see!
