Let us take a look at what transition means in our basic dictionary

the process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another.

change, passage, move, transformation, conversion, metamorphosis, alteration, handover, changeover;

“the transition from school to work

Transition is the plan we all need to make when our life becomes “stagnant”.
Life is a constant state of steps some back, some forward and transition is part of those.
Transition is also about development, growth and progression, and sometimes, it isn’t
comfortable.

I know for me, when I need to take steps towards growth, transition isn’t comfortable,
but I know when I am making a transition I am growing and it is for the benefit of myself
as an individual so that I can become a better person. Because transition is a part
of the growth in our lives, it adds to who we are as a person.

After the transition is over with, we always look back, and have that, ah ha moment,
of “oh, so this is why things had to play out the way they did when we look back and
see why and what it was for.

The next time we all go through a transitional period, it won’t be easy, but what helps
is simply remembering it is a natural part of a “growth progression” of a human beings
life. We are all just that: Human beings, and perfectly “imperfect. SL
