The title, two and performer, is gotten from the meaning of the French word pas de deux which happens to be the original title of the art I am featuring on Daily Wisdom Words Picture Writing Exercise today. Credit goes to Lee Zimmerman, a SPIN distinguished Silk Artist i met onΒ Twitter.

Remember, it doesn’t count if you do not invite someone to the prompt. I amΒ Abuh Monday Eneojo. I will be your host.
Such was our pas de deux
a dance of two into one
spent now like puddled rain
as light begs for our shadow.
Dusk’s surreptitious embrace
a love affair we never tire
words yearn to find our lips
enrapturing a second course.
Loves rainbow met our eyes
written in our hearts
passion takes our heat
baking us who we’ve become.
For your kind od writing i would say this is exceptional. I admire the way you figuratively described the art of two lovers in the first stanza. Job Well Done Rob!
Thank you, Abuh!
Eventide painted us a breeze
gentling probing desires
with vivacity of moist lips
Tangled like honeysuckle
performing love in whispers
flames of two flickers
Pleasing shadows move
gathering hues of us
sparkling midnight’s lust.

Bodyβs intertwined, your soul and mine. Naked we are. No hiding our thoughts or feelings. Energy is felt between our naked souls I knelt.
Sweet write. I love this. Welcome to Daily Wisdom Words. Have you subscribed?
THEY DANCE ILLICITLY,
TWO AS ONE THEY ARE,
WONDER IS ARTISTS MOVEMENT,
THERE IS SILENCE FROM AFAR,
BODIES INTERTWINE,
THEY MOVE AS ONE TOGETHER,
SEEING THEM IS ARTISTRY
THEY WILL ALWAYS BE A FOREVER
THEY SEE THE BEAUTY,
IN MOVES THEY MAKE,
THEY ARE ALWAYS SILENT
YET MOVEMENTS ALL IT TAKES
THEY SHARE A MESSAGE,
WITHOUT WORDS IN HARMONY
IT IS IN THEIR MOVES
THEIR MESSAGE IS FLAWLESSLY
I think the last word you used in the poem should say flawless…anyways, you have described artfully the art of being loved in the shadows. Thanks for sharing this.

Darling, love of mine
How I’ve longed for you all my life
Long to B in your arms
Heard & understood
In love with mind, body and soul
Me you know
A glance my way
Touch of your hand…
Start of romance
Sensual kisses
In my minds eye; glimpses
Waiting today for tomorrow
Living in the now; grateful
Let go of yesterday’s sorrow
Open to love; who art thou?
Very sensual. This is good. Word perfect!
Legs, arms, movement
warmth, wet, moisture
hunger, touch, connect
needs, wants, kinks & fetishizes
honesty, communication, listening
that’s how you go from fucking to love.
I have read through the poem three times and…please shed more light on this. I really want to know what you are talking about here.
I know what she’s talking about…. ο»Ώπο»Ώ
