Some two days ago I was involved in a not so fruitful creative process that paved way for bickering and mental nags. I do not know if you have felt that before but I have. You see, when we try to let go of the burden or beautiful flares that lurks inside, expressing it becomes a little bit of a hustle as we try to figure out ways to express it all.

Starts with a canvas
I close my eyes
Paint brush in hand
I open them and
Take a breath
I paint my feeling
Most days are good
Some are bad
But by putting
Them on a canvas
I know when i’m done
Good or bad
I will feel balanced again
Because I let my
Emotions flow
