GIVE AND THANKS

Do you say thank you to your child when he helps you with your car keys when you are set for work? Do you say thank you when your pet, maybe a dog, helps you out? Yes! It is funny. How do i say thank you to an animal? If you can not say it, then, act it. How often do you say thank you when helped out of a situation in life?

If i were to answer that question, mine would undoubtedly be often. You see, i was showered with love and care yesterday by an angel. Truth be told, the help was timely. I was already ready to accept defeat.

She kept on asking me Monday, what’s wrong with you. You don’t sound okay. Now, that is someone who cares about you. Long story short, this angel that i speak of helped me as soon as i uttered the reason for my sad state.

Well, i gave thanks for the shower of love and i am still going to give thanks because i appreciate the act of love and i know that when you give thanks you create room for unconditional love. How often do you say thank you when helped out of a situation in life? Let’s talk about it here on DWW PICTURE POETRY.

    such is the love you share.

    as seasons have run away
    like thunderstorms of the heart
    waiting for your love.

    teach me to love you
    such is the love you deserve.

    hope has anchored in
    laughter of sorts
    with verses upon

    so much of many causes
    my heart dictates
