REVELATION SONG BY KARI JOBE

“Our Lord has written the promise of resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in springtime”

Martin Luther.

If we should go by what is happening right now, we would without any form of coercion conclude that the world will head to it’s end in ten years.

Things die but I have gone through the shores of mother nature and she has taught me in her many classes, the power of resurrection.

The implication is that, if by chance this world and everything in it dies, it will someday resurrect to be something more beautiful. Truth be told, this is applicable to anything you are going through now.

No matter how it rottens, it’ll come back. Infact, the more rotten it gets before death, the faster the process of resurrection. So, do not be scared of whatever you’re going through right now. It will come out beautiful at the end.

I would have said “take the cue from Jesus” but you may not believe. So, take the cue from the dry or rotten seeds you plant everyday.

Let’s talk about it. Pour it out in a poem. I’ll be here to answer everyone. That’s a promise.

  1. He sat by her bedside,
    held her hand
    watching her last breaths
She saw footsteps in the sand.

    She never had been alone,
    Jesus walked beside her,
working through him on her last day
    she watched a miracle occur

    Instead of feeling fear
    afraid of what may come
    He gave her his strength
for a moment they were one.

    God working through him,
    During this transition,
    He gave comfort and love
    part of her final vision

He was born with a gift
    of helping others through
    their hardest, hurting times
finding light in those he knew

    He never questioned faith.
    God/’s image and vision
He just felt in his heart
    faith behind every decision

    He didn’t have to be
so near her when she died
    but his heart opened up
    her bed he stood beside.

    He never shared his story,
    these lines may vary some
    His heart his inner guide
a light his soul shines from

    It was not by accident,
    he witnessed her pass on
    The wisdom in his youth
    God chose her final song.

Dedicated to Monday…A soul so pure and true…
