It’s the repetition of affirmations that lead to belief. And once that belief becomes a strong conviction, things begin to happen.

Do self-affirmations really work? Does saying something over and over again make it true? Was the book The Secret accurate?
Scientifically, no. If repeatedly you tell yourself you have a million dollars, the money won’t magically appear.
What affirmations can do, however, plant a seed of positivity in your head which will compel you to work harder towards your goals. And by doing so, you may see more fruition.
One of the things I tend do is make subliminal recordings for myself and listen to them on a loop. While that doesn’t always change the outcome, my attitude does become a lot more positive. When my thoughts are positive, I think much more clearly.
Affirmations may not be the miracle solutions to dilemmas as they’re often made out to be.
But that doesn’t make their contributions nil. It’s all about finding out what makes you tick and using it to your advantage.

Hi Neel, I am a firm believer in affirmations. When I started in sales 25 years ago, The company I worked for sent us to a 3 day seminar about affirmations and the powerful influence they have in our lives if we utilize them. It is also important to utilize a specific method to do them. They need to be written out, over and over again according to this seminar and the experience I have had, which has made them successful for me. We need to use as many of our senses as possible to put them into motion: Write them, say them, and do them, daily. Thanks so much for sharing such a positive tool with us. Samantha
