LYRICS
You tell all the boys no
Makes you feel good yeah
I know you’re out of my league
But that won’t scare me away oh no
You’ve carried on so long
You couldn’t stop if you tried it
You’ve built your wall so high
That no one could climb it
But I’m gonna try…
Skin Deep
You know when you see someone
Across a room
And you get that
Quick tension-
Then they speak and
There’s nothing beneath?
Is that how it will be with you?
Let’s live here a little longer-
In this moment
When you’re still
So beautiful.
No.
I’d rather see
Beneath.
First of all, the structure of your poem tells how magnificent your mind is.
The structure of your poem caught my attention; it made me want the poem.
And poem…well I have just one word for it…. beautiful!
Thank you so much!!
Are you a beaut beneath
or a scarecrow on surface?
Tell me so this vet comes not.
(*Had to rewrite this *)
Sing me your beautiful
as I paint us today
we’ll dance w ladybugs & fireflies
across our moonlit nights
Would you take my words
inside your lyrical mind
hold my hand again
beneath Montana’s skies
Sweet lips you share
tasting our eagerness
so we dive deeper
rewriting both of us.
Petals fallen
Her sweet lips
Soft is the touch
Dew is passion’s kiss
The butterfly
She smothers my lips
For sweet waters pour
Breath of warmth in gentle breezes
Underneath her beauty
Layers deep unending
In her naked splendor
I could love her forever

POEM BY KARL WOMACK
Petals have fallen
the moon drenched
tears glisten
in your beautiful
shining your haze
your eyes bloom
comically sweet
i remember your kiss
dancing on my tongue
unblemished in
feelings so fine
old as time
i love you tugs
inspiringly lyrical
in sleeping new buds .
I’m tempted to ask how you mould your words together but I’m guessing you don’t even know…I may be wrong😊😁
From the beginning of the poem, I could not stop but let the world see my teeth. I kept asking myself how the moon can be drenched, how tears glisten…
One word for you Michelle, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious 👏
Thks abuh..I guess simply I let imagination wander n it mingles with words..with some heart n feelings in there as well..I get drawn in the verses as they form in my head..💛
True. very true. So when will you teach me?
Sing me your beautiful mind
as I paint your song here
we’ll dance with ladybugs and fireflies
wrapped in sweet Montana skies
Would you take me tonight
inside your lyrical soul
let me hold you safe
beneath these October skies?
Sweet lips you share on mine
tasting your sweet magic
we love when we make us up
rewriting love all over again.
Dancing wiyhblady bugs n fireflies
Under Montana skies..love it😍😍.well done
Here’s comes Romeo with his romantic diction that is capable of sweeping humans off their feet.
I have said it before. I will say it again…your forte is romance.
I love your poem. Diction is simple
Behind your mask
Is beauty behind your sadness
A false smile hides true feeling
In golden richness the beauty of love
In your heart you can’t admit
Passion’s soul cries out
