Perspective abound
Best if observed from clouds
& not the ground
These are superfluous words from overrated thoughts
served in sound
Heard aloud
With no direction
except ego flexing in introspection
Finding eternal Divide across
the internal dialogue
We all seek Joy to fill the void
often settling for pleasure, instead.
A quick fix
tethered to an external source
So we suffer attachment
when it’s tether is severed
Pleasure bereft
