A tear it falls like silk
and i have pulled the curtains
on whatever hurts
my forgiveness a heavy
compound of warmth
bearing it all
every breath was gift
and in lightness
of silence distinguished
snapped shots of love
moves in a memorable dialogue.
Teardrops of glass
Bleed down my face
Forgiving the mass
Of a wide open space.
Looking for love
Instead I search
Like a white dove
On a wayward perch.
Forgive you, forgive me
A feeling of routine
Teardrops falling freely
For forgiveness in between.
