  1. Comfortable Melancholy

    Time sips melancholic comfortable
    reigning for absent glints
    windows left yearning
    yesterday’s real has fled.

    Seems like you knew
    seductive dark begged us
    glistening allures
    as you took mine.

    Careless fables used me
    saying what I wanted
    we loved to play them
    editing out our fears.

  2. Barely moving
    wind shifts
    all these promises weeps
    visible in salt spray air
    smiles bewitching
    dawn sighting
    fairest of them all
    befallen tears

    love denotes
    the cries of seagulls
    rushing through
    memories
    full of pathos
    chilling me to shreds
    running away with
    my soul

  3. Little red flag
    I see you there
    heard the tone
    it’s pretty clear
they don’t care the way you
do baby girl you’re about to be used
it’s ok if you know the drill
    use them too
    to get your fill
    But,
    if you’re unsure
    run for the hills
    cause the grief and pain
ain’t worth the thrill – Amberdawn aka Curvy Red Gurl

  4. Red flag life is a drag
    They have eyes wide open
    They are blind to see
    They know what’s happening
But treat a lie like the truth
It’s like a political cult, a mob of zombies
    On the rob
They don’t care about heartbreak as we sob
