I see you at a standstill
with straws n sticks
trying to make ends meet
calibrated with strength
feelings in need of a friend
ain’t we all so weary
trying to make sense
through mayhems
hold my hand
antiquated with love
thrilling in smiles
on a walkabout.

Hello my fellow writers,
Michelle Hugelmann wrote me a poem. 😊😊😊
HELP
Tell me what you want
And what you need.
Do you know the difference?
I took two steps
To the left
And looked
From a new vantage.
And some of the things
I thought I needed
Or wanted
Weren’t even in the picture
Anymore.
I love the way you distinguished between need and want… choice can be twitchy.
To this day
We want pay
To be gay.
To this day
We stay
At Bay
Like Dwayne
To save
Those who drown.
I may not have
em’ muscles but
the words I speak, beat!
Dedicated to Michelle Hugelmann
💛🙏thank you..words do sure beats. Much love😍
🤗🤗🤗
