Ripples are the result of our choices. They are the indirect consequences we see that affect others. We should always make decisions and major choices with long thought looking at how this decision will affect others indirectly, (rippling effect) or directly.
Leadership is being a positive role model. What we say is not enough. Words are empty without action. Leadership through example is the strongest example we can show when we are a leader.
