Not so much because of the topic itself but because I finally what I’ve been doing for the past month or so in words and for everyone else to see. Up until the point I hit “publish,” it was mainly a private affair for me. Much to my relief, however, it was a huge boulder off my chest. Psychologically, it proved to be highly advantageous for me. In that post, I talked about splitting up your emotions down to minute fragments. Today, I’d like to do something similar with that article. I wanted to focus on one specific thing I’d alluded to in that post: taking one step at a time.
